The Aging Disease

While no one knows when it is going to show its face, aging disease actually begins at the age of 25. This is when your body is finally out of the growing stage and will begin to deteriorate. What helps the disease move along is the presence of free radicals in your cells. With free radicals, you will have no signs or symptoms of aging disease, but your cells will begin their phases of deterioration and every part of your body will begin the disease process.

The reason that aging disease begins so early, yet we don’t see the signs of it for many years is because the process of the disease starts at the cellular level. And by the age of thirty-five, you will have a large amount of damaged cellular protein in your body. This is caused by a number of outside factors including stress, poor diet, and oxidative stress of pollution. These changes that have already worked their way into your body will open you up to a host of potential harms. You could develop cancer and other degenerative diseases. But this time, you could be seeing some symptoms of aging disease in the body including hypertension, digestive imbalances, and glucose intolerance.

Between the ages of 35 and 45, you will find that your body is beginning to deteriorate and whether you are showing the signs and symptoms of aging disease or other age-related diseases all depends upon the way you are taking care of yourself. A good diet and exercise routine are extremely important at this time. Because if you don’t start treating the disease at this point, there is little chance that you will reach past the age of 55 without some age-related complication, including symptoms of aging disease and diseases that have been brought on by the disease.

There is hope. You can begin treating aging disease by following guidelines to an anti-aging disease program that will focus on five key elements of health: diet, exercise, stress reduction, nutritional supplements, and hormonal enhancement. These are the cures for aging disease that you have been looking for, but in order to get the most benefits from an anti-aging disease program, you will want to start early.

After the age of 25, aging disease never stops, so you will want to battle this disease with all the weapons you have at your disposal. These include medical specialists that can guide you along your journey to age prevention with the right balance of hormones, nutrition, and psychology. Remember that aging disease is not just a physical condition, it is also mental. If you are under a lot of stress or in a deep depression, age can take hold of your body early and never let go. In order to avoid this, you will want to be health in mind, body, and spirit. Don’t let aging disease get you down or take control of your body. Fight it with all the resources that are at your disposal.

Make sure to get plenty of vitamins, minerals, and good food in order to fight aging disease. Exercise and mental health will also help you to stay as young as you feel.
