Breast Cancer and Aging – There’s A Way To AvoidThe fundamental cause underlying both breast cancer and aging is cellular decay. One out of eight women carries the risk of contracting breast cancer when the aging process begins to pick up from forty years of age or so. Factors that increase the risk of breast cancer manifold include sedentary lifestyle, putting on lot of weight, excessive drinking and smoking, and indulging in too much fatty food all the time. Aging also triggers some changes in the pattern of hormone secretion in the body, which in turn may cause the breast cells and tissues to undergo abnormal changes and develop cancer-like tendencies. Excessive antioxidant activity that is often a consequence of poor lifestyle and dietary habits increases the risk of breast cancer with aging. The best way to reduce the risk of breast cancer with aging is, therefore, practicing anti-aging tips. Good dieting, mineral and vitamin supplementation, hormone therapies and regular exercise are infallible in delaying the progress of aging and deferring age-related complications. Intake of two things most people are crazy about – sugar and fatty foods – must be cut down drastically. Sugar, apart from increasing the risk of diabetes, also plays a role in reducing immune response of the body, which makes the body vulnerable to infections and diseases. Fats in the absence of sufficient physical activity – a common feature among the aging populace – can be killing, as it leads to weight gain and invites a host of health-related complications. When the body becomes internally weak due to all these factors, the cancer cells get the opportunity to proliferate quickly and cause more harm. The best way, therefore, is to implement the most important anti-aging tip: Cut down sugars and fats and live and enjoy longer.
