How To Use Dead Sea Salt to ExfoliateDead Sea salt is an excellent product that gives wonderful results in skin exfoliation. The cells on the skin age and die in course of normal life. Dead Sea salt also promotes secretion of beneficial oils by the skin glands that make the skin soft and removes its dry and flaky feel. Application of Dead Sea Salt to exfoliate your skin is easy. Soak about 2 cups of coarse salt in a large mixing bowl filled with a quarter cup of water. Get inside your tub filled ankle-deep with water and start rubbing your body with the Dead Sea salt scrub, starting with the arms and applying the scrub in a circular motion. The rough and dry spots of the body should be worked up more. Relax in the tub or in the shower after the scrubbing and rinse after 10-15 minutes with a warm shower. Pat dry and apply moisturizer. This completes your one round of Dead Sea salt scrubbing for lively skin, free of dead cells, dirt and germs. There is just one caution - do not use Dead Sea salt scrubs over cut and damaged areas of the skin. |
