How to Dye Away The Gray HairIf gray hair is something that you don't like, there is a solution. You can dye away the gray hair. Remember, greying of hair is natural and hardly can anyone avoid this. Some people may start greying a little early - this may be due to heredity or some disease. But if your gray strands dampen your beauty and personality, try dyeing your hair. Dyeing gray hair is simple - only you need to know the technique. Before dyeing your grays, take opinion of a hairstylist regarding shades that may go well on you and your choice of product - natural versus the chemical ones, and post-dyeing care. If your hair is 20% or less gray, use a semi-permanent dye that lasts almost 6-12 washings. If you are more than 50% gray, try the more permanent dyes that last almost 24 to 28 washes. Remember, if you shampoo your hair daily, your dye will fade sooner and you'll require frequent recoloring of your gray hair. It's always better to go for colors that match the natural shade of your hair. And always try to take a shade deeper if you have lots of gray hair, so that little amount of fading of the dye that will take place due to washing or exposure to sun goes well with the natural shade of your hair. When you are thinking to dye away your gray hair, start your transition on a Saturday so that you have the time to adjust yourself with the new look by the time you head for work on Monday and your colleagues do not suddenly find anything all too different. And give yourself plenty of time and enjoy your dyeing session. So no more worries with gray hair! You can dye your way out to youthfulness and enjoy all the fun. |
