How To Bring Glamour To Your Lips

Glamour lips are a fascination with one and all. Lips are an integral part of the facial beauty and appeal. However, with aging, lips lose their lustre. So to keep their glamour intact, it's very essential that proper care should be taken of the lips.

The first thing about glamour lips is keeping them moist. Aging introduces a process of natural drying due to which the skin progressively loses its capacity to retain moisture. Drying makes lips cracked and painful. Lips have hence to be kept moistened with moisturizer applications including Vaseline lipsticks and other lipsticks with moisturizing ingredients.

The next thing about glamour lips is anti-aging makeup. Aging will obviously make the lips lose some appeal. This can be effectively restored with perfect anti-aging make-up. However, while doing lips with cosmetics and make-ups, it must be remembered that the shades you select to get your glamour tips must match the general tone of your skin.

Fair-skinned people should choose true red color lipsticks such as Berry or Brick. Even today, lips in rich red hues are a true obsession. Medium skinned people should go for orange-based hues such as Spicy or Brown-based reds. Blackberry, Burgundy and other deep red hues go better on lips of dark-skinned people.

Sometimes you may like to opt for toning down the bright hues of your lipstick and make them a little soft and commensurate to your age and profile. This is best achieved by applying a little lip balm or lip satin over the bright shade of lipstick to get that perfect glamour lips matching your appearance and personality. Just a little trial and error and bringing glamour to your lips, irrespective of your age, is just a cakewalk.
