This religion centers on dealing with a personal and philosophical centers of the human body and mind. This approach was in the breaking down of eight different areas one of which was chi. Chi is the one thing that promotes harmony and connects the vital organs to the nervous and vascular systems and other parts of the body. This connection is vital for skin health and the anti aging effects of yoga and meditation.
